PFABW co-chair Hollie Hughes with Dark Emu

The Parliamentary Friends of Australian Books and Writers (PFABW) is a group that brings together the Australian book industry and government members to celebrate Australian books and stories.

Established in 2017, the PFABW group is co-chaired by Liberal Senator Hollie Hughes (pictured right) and Labor MP Graham Perrett, and organised by the APA as part of the Books Create Australia alliance.

PFABW provides a forum for government members to meet and interact with the Australian book industry - including publishers, authors, librarians, booksellers and print companies.
