How to use TitlePage
Once your account has been activated, you will be sent more information on how to get the most out of your TitlePage subscription. This should take place within five business days.

You can also find information on extending and enhancing your TitlePage access through the following:
Listings
TitlePage supports data for a single source of supply for each of the Australian and New Zealand markets, independent of any market rules or contracts. This means for all listings:
Distributor listings
Distributors can list international titles for which they exclusively own or control copyright or publication rights for the Australian and/or New Zealand markets. If there are non-exclusive distribution arrangements for international titles, the publisher may nominate a distributor as their exclusive TitlePage listing agent for these markets.
Metadata
TitlePage’s search engine utilises title metadata supplied by publishers and distributors via ONIX.
The APA supports members in developing their metadata in order to increase the visibility of their titles on TitlePage and elsewhere.
For more information on TitlePage metadata guidelines and requirements, see ONIX 3.0 specifications alongside the TitlePage ONIX 3.0 element summary.
Uploading files
Publishers and distributors can upload their files and amendments via a secure FTP access point.
Publishers with a relatively small number of titles can upload title information individually via the TitlePage website.
All title information must be presented as XML files in the ONIX format. Detailed information about ONIX and loading procedures will be provided when your account is activated, however, if you have any questions please email [email protected].
